- Payments are securely processed via third-party providers, and Wamate usage is tracked in real time.
Refund Policy
We understand that issues can occur with Wamate services. However, due to the nature of digital content and instant usage of Wamate AI character animation, our refund policy includes the following key rules:
- Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your Wamate purchase. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests.
- Credit Usage: Once any Wamate credits have been used for character animation, refunds are no longer eligible, regardless of the time since purchase.
- Refund Deduction Notice: Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Free Credits: New users receive free credits upon sign-up which are non-refundable.
